1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using stunti.ng (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all users, including those who create dares, accept dares, and purchase tokens.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or participate in any dare. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. stunti.ng reserves the right to verify age and suspend accounts that do not comply.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update it as necessary. stunti.ng may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Token System, Burns & Rewards

Tokens are virtual credits used to create and accept dares. Tokens have no real‑world cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or services outside the Platform.

Dare Entry & Token Holding

Each participant contributes 10 tokens when creating or accepting a dare. These tokens are held until the dare is resolved.

Reward Determination

When a dare is verified, the winner chooses one of three reward types:

• Token Reward (Redistribute): The 20 entry tokens are redistributed to the winner. Winner gains 20 tokens; loser loses 10 tokens.
• Real‑World Stake (Burn): The 20 entry tokens are permanently burned (removed from circulation). Winner receives the sponsored stake (e.g., gift card, merchandise).
• Hybrid Reward (Burn + Redistribute): A portion of tokens is burned, the remainder redistributed. Winner receives both tokens and a sponsored stake.

No Cash‑Out: Tokens cannot be redeemed for cash, nor transferred to another user or external account. Purchased tokens are subject to the same burn rules as earned tokens.

5. Dares & Stakes

All dares must be skill‑based. Dares based on chance (e.g., dice rolls, raffles) are strictly prohibited. Winners are determined by verifiable proof of skill.

Stakes are rewards provided by third‑party sponsors. stunti.ng facilitates the distribution of stake redemption codes but is not responsible for the fulfillment or quality of sponsor‑provided goods or services. Any disputes regarding stakes must be resolved directly with the sponsor.

6. Verification & Proof

Participants must submit clear, unedited proof of dare completion (e.g., video, time‑stamped screenshots). Failure to provide valid proof within the specified timeframe results in forfeiture of the dare and loss of staked tokens. stunti.ng reserves the right to reject proof that is manipulated, misleading, or insufficient.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Create dares that involve illegal activities, violence, self‑harm, or endangerment of any person or animal.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other users.
• Cheat, collude, or submit false proof.
• Use multiple accounts to manipulate outcomes.
• Attempt to sell, trade, or transfer tokens outside the Platform.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on stunti.ng, including logos, graphics, and software, is the property of stunti.ng or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

9. Termination

stunti.ng may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any conduct deemed harmful to the Platform or its users. Upon termination, any unused tokens are forfeited and non‑refundable.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. stunti.ng does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including disputes between users or failures of sponsor stake fulfillment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, stunti.ng and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid for tokens in the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless stunti.ng, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Platform.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If not resolved, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance of the modified Terms.
