You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in dares. By using stunti.ng, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to verify age and suspend accounts that do not comply.

2. Prohibited Dares & Behavior

The following are strictly forbidden:

• Dares that involve illegal activities, violence, self‑harm, or endangerment of any person or animal.
• Dares that rely on chance (e.g., dice rolls, raffles, random number generators). All dares must be skill‑based.
• Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or any form of abuse toward other users.
• Spam, fake accounts, or attempts to manipulate the platform.
• Any content that violates Nigerian law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

3. Verification & Proof Standards

Every dare must be settled with clear, verifiable proof. Acceptable proof includes:

• Unedited video showing the completion of the dare, including both participants (if applicable).
• Time‑stamped screenshots with metadata.
• Live streaming or third‑party verification (e.g., game scoreboards).

Proof must be submitted within the timeframe specified in the dare. Failure to provide valid proof results in forfeiture of the dare and loss of staked tokens. All submissions are reviewed by admins and may be subject to community voting.

4. Cheating & Enforcement

Cheating includes but is not limited to:

• Submitting fake or manipulated proof.
• Colluding with another user to rig a dare outcome.
• Using multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities.

Penalties for cheating may include:

• Forfeiture of tokens and stake rewards.
• Temporary or permanent suspension of account.
• Permanent ban from the platform.

5. Token System & Burn Mechanics

Tokens are virtual credits used to create and accept dares. They have no real‑world cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency. The platform uses a transparent burn mechanism to ensure tokens never become a form of currency.

How Dare Entry Works

When a dare is created and accepted, each participant contributes 10 tokens. These tokens are held until the dare is resolved.

Reward Distribution Rules

• Token Reward (Redistribute): If the winner chooses the token reward, the 20 total entry tokens are redistributed to the winner. No tokens are burned. The winner gains 20 tokens, the loser loses 10.
• Real‑World Stake (Burn): If the winner chooses a sponsor‑provided stake (gift card, gadget, etc.), the 20 entry tokens are permanently burned (removed from circulation). Winner receives the physical/virtual stake.
• Hybrid Reward (Burn + Redistribute): Some tokens are burned, some redistributed. Winner receives a partial token prize plus a sponsored reward.

Why This Matters

Because tokens can be burned, they never accumulate real‑world value. You cannot cash out tokens, and their only use is to participate in skill‑based dares. Purchased tokens are subject to the same burn rules.

6. Dispute Resolution & Reporting

If you encounter a dispute or witness a violation, use the in‑platform reporting system. All reports are reviewed within 48 hours. For disputes over dare outcomes, both parties may submit evidence, and the admin team will make a final ruling.

If you believe a decision is incorrect, you may appeal once by contacting support@stunti.ng with the relevant details. All appeals must be submitted within 7 days of the original decision.

7. Sponsor Stake Terms

Stakes are rewards provided by our sponsors. They are subject to the sponsor’s terms and conditions. stunti.ng acts as a facilitator and is not responsible for fulfillment beyond providing redemption codes. If a sponsor fails to deliver a stake, we will work to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee fulfillment. All stake redemptions are final.

8. Responsible Participation

We encourage healthy competition. If you feel you are spending too much time on the platform or that participation is negatively affecting your life, please take a break. You may temporarily deactivate your account via settings or contact support for assistance. stunti.ng is designed for fun, skill‑based challenges, not for compulsive behavior.
